California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable law, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes lie in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
