1. Make a privacy request

In your email, please identify the type of request and include your name, the email address used to contact or do business with Kinetix, your company name if applicable, and enough detail for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send sensitive information such as a social security number or payment-card number in your request.

3. Verification and authorized agents
To protect personal information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Our verification process is tailored to the sensitivity of the request and the information we maintain. We may ask you to confirm information already in our records or take another reasonable verification step.
An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for written authorization signed by you, evidence of a qualifying power of attorney, or other information required by applicable law, and we may separately verify your identity.
4. Opt out of sale or sharing
Kinetix does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. Accordingly, there is no current sale or sharing activity from which to opt out. If this changes, Kinetix will update the Privacy Policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism.
